Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, commercial management, or a related discipline.
• 18+ years of experience leading commercial functions on large infrastructure programs.
• Strong experience in contract administration, claims management, and dispute resolution.
• Deep expertise in cost control, change management, and commercial governance.
• Experience managing client leadership, consultants, contractors, and government stakeholders at director level.

The role is positioned at the center of commercial decision-making, working across client, consultant, contractor, and government interfaces to support effective delivery, manage risk, and strengthen commercial outcomes at program scale.
