Job summary

King Salman International Airport invites applications for the Director – Business Data Intelligence to lead KSIA's commercial data intelligence capabilities. You will oversee data governance, build a centralized platform, and deliver real-time insights to empower commercial teams.

You will champion data literacy, drive dashboards, predictive models and governance across internal functions and partners, ensuring data accuracy and strategic decision support at the executive level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or equivalent is required.
• Master’s Degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a centralized commercial data platform integrating data from internal functions, partners, and passenger movement systems.
• Establish standardized data collection, metadata, and master data governance practices across Commercial.
• Oversee the collection and integration of structured and unstructured data from internal systems, vendors, government sources, and market research.
• Lead the development of dashboards, reports, and predictive models to monitor commercial KPIs and support decision-making.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, governance, and reliable access in coordination with Technology teams.
• Oversee commercial analytics to identify behavioral patterns and generate actionable business insights.
• Identify and adopt new technologies and approaches to enhance KSIA’s data intelligence capabilities.
• Build data literacy across Commercial teams through tools, training, and ongoing support.
