Job summary
Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an experienced Director for City Technology Governance & PMO to steer governance for city-scale tech initiatives and align with strategic goals. You will oversee the Technology PMO, ensure timely, within-budget delivery and drive policy, risk, and compliance across multiple stakeholders.
The role requires 12+ years in IT governance andPMO leadership, with COBIT/ITIL and PMI/Agile experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor-level degree in IT/engineering with relevant governance exposure.
- Minimum 12 years in IT governance, PMO leadership or smart city tech programs.
- Proven PMO leadership for large-scale infrastructure projects and governance.
- Knowledge of COBIT, ITIL and PMI/Agile frameworks is essential.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks for city-scale tech initiatives.
- Lead the Technology PMO, planning, resourcing, risk management and tracking.
- Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with IT, engineering, operations and external partners.
- Advise leaders with reports and governance recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery and governance processes.
- Manage stakeholder communications for transparency and accountability.
- Identify emerging tech trends applicable to smart city environments.
