Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company 1 seeks a visionary Head of City Operations IT to lead the ICT infrastructure, smart city systems, public safety technology and IT/OT security operations. You will shape and execute multi-year technology roadmaps for City Operations and the City Command and Control Unit, ensuring funded, governed programs and effective BAU delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology Management or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Digital Transformation, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
• PMP, ITIL, professional engineering, service management, organizational design, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the City Operations IT function and activate the IT Target Operating Model.
• Execute multi-year technology roadmaps for City Operations and the Command and Control Unit.
• Define governance, service boundaries, and business alignment for City Operations IT.
• Oversee IT/OT network and security operations alignment and risk management.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, and commercial governance.
• Plan workforce capability development and transition to permanent BAU capacity.
• Act as senior technology interface to executive leadership and external stakeholders.
