Job summary

Binding Partnerships seeks a senior business development professional to lead coverage in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on Riyadh. The role requires building and deepening institutional relationships, introducing the brand to SWFs, banks, insurers, endowments, pensions and UHNWIs, and driving fund-raising across asset types.

• Minimum 10-15+ years of experience in business development/coverage/distribution in asset management or related financial institutions.
• A primary Riyadh book covering SWFs, institutions, banks, insurers, endowments, pension funds and UHNWIs.

• Cover prospects/clients across Saudi Arabia, focusing on Riyadh and agreed territories.
• Make frequent trips/meetings to introduce the brand and steer dialogue toward focused strategies.

The role exists in a materially different landscape than in 2023, with greater scale, visibility, and long-term opportunity, requiring leadership to drive growth, deepen institutional relationships, and steward the franchise through its next phase.

Main responsibilities:

• Cover prospects/clients across Saudi Arabia, focusing on Riyadh and any agreed territories.
• Make frequent trips/meetings to introduce the brand, filter / steer dialogue toward focused strategies, and introduce relevant teams accordingly.
• Raise funds across asset types, and manage and build relationships across investor types as defined below.
• Share call memos, prospect info, market-sounding info, and support the team's coverage strategy, etc.

What you will bring:

• Minimum 10-15+ years of experience in business development/coverage/distribution in asset management, investment banks, financial institutions, private equity houses, etc.
• A primary book in Riyadh covering SWFs, institutions, banks, insurance companies, endowments, pension funds, and tier I & tier II family offices / UHNWIs.

What will set you apart:

• A secondary book within other GCC geographies.
• A background in Fixed Income/Credit would be preferred.
• Background in credit / fixed income.
• Based in Riyadh.
• Excellent fluency in Arabic, both spoken & written.
