Responsibilities

• Lead sales and business development strategies for Asset Management and FM services.
• Secure major contracts with government entities, giga-projects, and real estate developers.
• Manage strategic accounts and oversee tenders, proposals and negotiations.
• Coordinate with finance, legal, operations and technical teams for compliant submissions.
• Develop market entry strategies and market positioning initiatives.
• Monitor pipeline, forecasts, and contract performance for recurring revenue.
