Job summary

Confidential in Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned leader to drive the hospital group's digital transformation across EMR, patient portals, and analytics, aligning clinical and administrative teams to maximize patient care and operational efficiency.

You will oversee the delivery of major digital initiatives, manage complex programs, and foster adoption through targeted change management and executive communication with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare IT or digital transformation.
• 3+ years leading major initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Engineering or related.
• Demonstrated delivery of hospital digital programs with measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and hospital information systems.
• Strong program management, process improvement, business case development and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop the group digital roadmap with clinical and business leaders; prioritize initiatives using patient impact, feasibility, cost and measurable benefits.
• Lead delivery of electronic medical record optimization, patient portals, digital access, workflow automation and analytics initiatives across hospitals.
• Redesign clinical and administrative processes with department owners; standardize effective practices while addressing local hospital needs.
• Own project plans, business cases, budgets, dependencies, risks and vendor performance; report progress and decisions to leadership.
• Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, training and adoption with clinical champions and operational teams.
• Coordinate integration, data quality, privacy, cybersecurity and clinical safety requirements with the relevant specialist teams.
• Measure adoption and realized benefits after implementation; resolve barriers and sustain improvements.

Demonstrated delivery of hospital digital programs with measurable outcomes; strong understanding of clinical workflows and hospital information systems.

Master's degree; project management, change management or process improvement certification; experience across multiple hospitals.
