Job summary

Dar Al Riyadh Group is seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Lead to assess and enhance project processes, implement PMIS and CDE platforms, and deliver automated dashboards. You will collaborate with IT, PMO, and engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable workflows and governance.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-functional coordination. The candidate should bring 10+ years in digital transformation within construction or engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in digital transformation, systems implementation or process improvement.
• Experience in PMC/PMO environments.
• Experience with PMIS, CDE, EDMS or construction-management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of project-management workflows (schedule, cost, contracts, risk, change, QA/HSE).

Responsibilities

• Assess existing project processes, systems, data sources and digital maturity for automation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain the project digital-transformation roadmap and milestones.
• Support selection, configuration and implementation of PMIS, CDE and digital collaboration tools.
• Digitize workflows for correspondence, submittals, RFIs, inspections, change control, and closeout.
• Integrate project information across scheduling, cost, contracts, BIM, document control, quality, HSE, and field systems.
• Create executive dashboards and automated reports using Power BI.
• Set up data structures, metadata rules and information governance.
• Coordinate with IT, PMO, consultants, contractors and users to define requirements.
• Support BIM/digital-engineering teams linking models and field data to PM environment.
• Develop process maps, functional requirements and training materials.
• Lead UAT, rollout, data migration and issue resolution.
• Deliver training sessions and promote adoption across teams.
• Monitor system usage and data completeness; enforce compliance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, cybersecurity, access and data protection.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify practical use cases.

Job description

• Assess existing project processes, systems, data sources and digital maturity and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Develop and maintain the project digital-transformation roadmap, implementation plan, priorities, milestones and performance indicators.
• Support the selection, configuration and implementation of Project Management Information Systems, Common Data Environments and digital collaboration platforms.
• Digitize workflows for correspondence, submittals, RFIs, inspections, change control, risk, issues, payments, approvals, actions and project closeout.
• Integrate project information from scheduling, cost, contracts, BIM, document control, quality, HSE and field-management systems.
• Develop executive dashboards and automated reports using Power BI or equivalent tools to provide accurate visibility of project performance.
• Establish data structures, coding standards, metadata requirements, master-data rules and information-governance procedures.
• Coordinate with IT, PMO, consultants, contractors, software providers and business users to define system and integration requirements.
• Support BIM and digital-engineering teams in connecting models, asset data, progress information and field records with the wider project-management environment.
• Develop process maps, functional requirements, user stories, system workflows, operating procedures and training materials.
• Lead user-acceptance testing, system rollout, data migration, issue resolution and post-implementation stabilization.
• Deliver training, workshops and user-support sessions and promote adoption across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Monitor system utilization, data completeness, workflow turnaround times and user compliance and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure that digital solutions comply with organizational policies, contractual requirements, cybersecurity controls, access permissions and data-protection obligations.
• Evaluate emerging technologies—including mobile field applications, digital twins, artificial intelligence, automation and predictive analytics—and recommend practical use cases that add measurable project value.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, including digital-transformation, systems-implementation or process-improvement responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience supporting PMC, PMO, construction, infrastructure or engineering-consultancy environments.
• Experience implementing or administering PMIS, CDE, EDMS or construction-management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of project-management workflows covering schedule, cost, contracts, risk, change, document control, quality and HSE.
• Proven experience developing management dashboards and automated reports using Power BI or an equivalent business-intelligence platform.
• Experience with system integration, data migration, user-acceptance testing and master-data management.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into practical digital workflows and system specifications.
• Strong process-mapping, data-analysis, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
