Job summary

Dallah Healthcare Co. is seeking a Project Manager Data Lead for Digital Transformation. The role oversees end-to-end delivery, data governance, and migration while driving change management and user adoption across data-centric initiatives.

You will collaborate with PMO, enterprise Architects, application teams and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery with well-governed data and strong end-user adoption within a regulated healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in IT, CS, business admin, health informatics or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of PM experience with data management, migration or reporting exposure.
• Experience managing IT or digital transformation projects in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resources and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, clinical, vendor and business resources.
• Lead stakeholder meetings, workshops and decision-making sessions.
• Drive change management, user adoption and training plans.
• Define data standards, profiling, migration and governance activities.
• Ensure data privacy, security controls and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee testing, go-live, stabilization and issue resolution.
• Capture lessons learned and share best practices.
