Job summary

You will drive Dynamics 365 deployment, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and manage vendors, change programs, and data‑driven initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, specifically in digital transformation and automation within a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including implementation, customization, and development.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the application of digital technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating teams and managing stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive projects from concept to completion.
• Experience in change management and the ability to lead organizational transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and execution of the digital transformation strategy.
• Lead the implementation and ongoing development of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Manage automation projects from concept through to successful implementation.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, finance, and HR to align transformation with business goals.
• Lead change management initiatives including training programs and support systems.
• Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and trends to enhance efficiency.
• Manage relationships with software vendors and consultants to access best solutions.
• Apply data analytics within Dynamics 365 to inform decision-making and measure impact.
• Ensure compliance and data security across projects.
