Job purpose:

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist executes and optimizes performance-driven digital acquisition to generate high-quality merchant leads across Geidea’s products. The role focuses on hands-on paid media and SEO execution, driving efficient customer acquisition and measurable growth across KSA, UAE, and Egypt.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Independently execute, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Paid Social.
  • Drive full-funnel digital acquisition for POS & payment terminals, online payment gateway, and restaurant & merchant management systems.
  • Manage day-to-day budget optimization across KSA, UAE, and Egypt to ensure efficient CAC.
  • Optimize campaigns for lead quality, approval rates, and merchant activation, beyond just CPL.
  • Continuously test and iterate on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, landing pages, and SEO content.
  • Execute SEO initiatives including technical improvements, on-page optimization, and content aligned with merchant intent.
  • Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions, recommending data-driven optimizations.
  • Analyze funnel performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta platforms, and CRM data, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure campaigns align with commercial priorities and lead quality.
  • Support new product launches and market expansions through hands-on digital acquisition execution.

Must have technical/professional qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven track record in full-funnel digital acquisition, lead generation, and CAC optimization.
  • Strong SEO execution skills including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content alignment with merchant intent.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, telesales, and creative teams.
  • Strong understanding of KSA, UAE, and Egypt digital markets and merchant behaviors.
