Job summary

You will connect digital marketing, e-commerce, CRM, retail media, and analytics to drive revenue growth and optimize the customer journey.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business or digital commerce field.
- 5–8 years in Digital Commerce, e-commerce, or omnichannel sales.
- Experience in FMCG or consumer healthcare is preferred.
- Proven ability to grow digital sales and ROI across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead Digital Commerce strategy and annual plans.
- Drive profitable growth across e-commerce and marketplaces.
- Manage digital P&L and investment priorities.
- Lead relationships with online retailers and optimize listings.
- Improve search visibility, PDPs, and online merchandising.
- Oversee performance marketing, CRM initiatives, and analytics.
- Forecast demand with Commercial and Supply Chain teams.
