Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a skilled eCommerce/ Digital Transformation professional to optimize our online platforms and customer journeys. You will coordinate with ERP/CRM systems, develop API integrations, and monitor KPIs to drive business growth across digital channels.

The role requires 2–4 years in relevant fields, familiarity with BI tools, and strong stakeholder communication. A strong focus on automation, AI, and seamless cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Digital Business, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in eCommerce, Digital Transformation, Digital Products, or Systems Integration.
Understanding of eCommerce platforms and customer journeys.
Experience with APIs, databases, and integrations.
Knowledge of BI and analytics tools (Power BI preferred).
Understanding of ERP/CRM integrations. Experience with SEO.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Manage, Support and optimize eCommerce platforms and digital channels.
Improve customer journeys, usability, and conversion rates.
Integrate eCommerce with ERP, CRM, payment, logistics, and other systems.
Develop and maintain API integrations.
Monitor eCommerce performance and KPIs.
Develop catalog, pricing, promotions, and digital merchandising.
Identify opportunities for automation and AI.
Work with Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams to deliver digital solutions. Manage Digital customer experience related tools.
