Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in building design, master planning, and urban development.
• Proven experience managing teams within architecture or engineering environments.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian regulatory frameworks and development standards.
• Knowledge of sustainability standards such as LEED or Mostadam.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with Arabic as an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead design management activities across building and urban development projects.
• Collaborate with design leadership and client teams to align project objectives.
• Manage consultants and ensure delivery of high-quality design outputs through all project stages.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Act as a key liaison with clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Prepare client reports, technical proposals, work plans, and project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and project standards.
• Support design quality, innovation, and sustainability across all project phases.
