Job summary

SYSTRA is seeking a Deputy Interface Manager (Technical) to monitor and manage project design interfaces across railway systems, civil works, and external projects. The role aims to ensure effective coordination and seamless project delivery through rigorous interface control.

Ideal candidates will have a strong engineering background, 12+ years in interface management, and excellent English communication skills to collaborate with multinational teams and external stakeholders on large rail

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in Project Systems Interface Management.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with railway interfaces and signaling.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track interfaces between railway systems, civil works and external projects to support integration.
• Review and validate contractor interface deliverables and plans.
• Identify and address interface issues and provide guidance for delivery.
• Prepare interface reports and status updates for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Lead Civil, Lead Systems, Lead Depot and Lead Operations teams to resolve challenges.
