Job summary

Team GDC ME is looking for a qualified firefighter to ensure the safety of the airport environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsible for ensuring the safety of the airport environment through effective response to aircraft emergencies, firefighting, rescue operations, and hazardous material incidents. The candidate will possess a strong sense of duty, exceptional problem‑solving skills, and the ability to perform under pressure in challenging situations.

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or equivalent.

• International Fire Service Accreditation Congress certification (IFSAC), DoD and/or ProBoard.

• Minimum of 3 years firefighting experience in a civilian or military firefighting role.

• Considerable knowledge of egress and safety procedures of various military and civilian rotary wing aircraft, and structural fire/alarm detection / suppression systems. Expert knowledge of aircraft rescue and firefighting techniques, practices, and equipment, as well as first aid and CPR.

Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
