Job summary

S3 Arabia is seeking a Supply Specialist to support the GDC.ME Team Logistics/LSCM in Riyadh. The role ensures equipment readiness through ordering, stocking, issuing, and transferring spares and consumables assigned by the customer.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 5+ years in supply distribution and warehousing, and knowledge of Army supply regulations. Army-experienced candidates are highly desirable and must pass standard medical and background checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of broad-based experience in supply distribution, warehousing, and packaging.
• Previous experience in an Army supply role or similar position highly desirable.
• Proficient in the use of logistics management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform detailed inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Knowledge of Army supply regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform logistical support functions for the GDC.ME Team Logistics/Supply Chain Management (LSCM).
• Ensure equipment operational readiness by ordering, accounting, stocking, issue, transfer, and receipt of spares and consumable parts and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records and perform detailed inspections.
