Job summary

Confidential in Riyadh seeks a Demand Planner to develop accurate forecasts, analyze sales trends, and align demand with supply capacity. You will coordinate with commercial and supply chain teams to optimize inventory and drive forecast accuracy to support growth.

The role requires 2+ years in demand planning, a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, and strong skills in Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft Dynamics ERP to maintain data-driven dashboards and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analysis (preferably FMCG/Retail/F&B).
• Full fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP is a MUST.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and visualization.
• Strong understanding of forecasting methods, S&OP processes, and inventory metrics.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop baseline demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and seasonality.
• Lead demand planning meetings with Sales, Marketing, Retail, and Supply Chain.
• Monitor Forecast Accuracy and Bias; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Marketing on NPI, promotions, and phase-in/phase-out plans.
• Analyze sales trends, order patterns, and channel demand to refine models.
• Create dashboards and analytics reports using Power BI for management reporting.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning and Procurement to align demand with production and inventory plans.
• Monitor stock levels across depots and channels to prevent stockouts and reduce excess inventory.
• Maintain demand planning master data in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Drive continuous improvements to the demand planning process.
