Job summary

Ninja is seeking a Supply Chain Planning professional in Riyadh to review and update demand forecasts, monitor forecast accuracy, and manage purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong analytical and coordination skills.

The candidate will work with suppliers, Commercial, and Logistics teams to align schedules, improve planning workflows, and maintain master data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review and update demand forecasts based on sales trends and market changes
• Monitor forecast accuracy and analyze demand data regularly
• Manage purchase order processes and ensure timely deliveries
• Coordinate with suppliers, Commercial, and Logistics teams for scheduling and supply planning
• Maintain compliance with company policies and improve planning workflows
• Support supplier performance reviews and improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate forecasting systems and master data
• Recommend tools and process improvements to enhance planning efficiency
