Job summary

Alamar in Saudi Arabia seeks to lead and optimize Domino’s KSA delivery operation, ensuring excellent customer experience, operational efficiency, and profitability while aligning with overall business growth.

The role involves leading end-to-end delivery across all KSA stores, managing 3PL partners, driving routing optimization, data-driven improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, Marketing, Customer Experience, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 7 years in Operations or Delivery Management.
• Experience managing Third-Party Logistics providers (3PL).
• QSR or Food Delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery operation across all KSA stores.
• Manage delivery KPIs including ADT, Delivery Sales, Customer Satisfaction, Delivery Cost, and Order Success Rate.
• Manage Third-Party Logistics (3PL) partners and ensure SLA compliance.
• Identify operational gaps through data analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Customer Experience, and IT.
• Lead delivery initiatives including On-Demand Delivery, Routing Optimization, Technology Enhancements, and New Delivery Models.
• Prepare performance reports and business reviews.
• Develop delivery standards, SOPs, governance, and performance monitoring.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate the Delivery team.
• Manage the delivery operational budget and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
