Job summary

PwC Middle East is seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead AI and GenAI initiatives within the AI Centre of Excellence. You will coordinate agile delivery, facilitate ceremonies, and work closely with Product Managers, Architects, Engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining project plans, tracking risks and issues, and ensuring governance and reporting.

Qualifications

3-8 years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, PMO, or Agile Delivery roles.
Experience delivering technology, AI, data, analytics, or software development projects.
Experience working in Agile environments; coordinating cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field; PMI-PMP Certification.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and delivery plans.
Coordinate activities across business and technical teams; track progress and dependencies.
Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders.
Prepare weekly status reports and maintain RAID registers; support AI/GenAI delivery initiatives.
