Job summary

MCG Asia in Riyadh is seeking an experienced CRM Project Manager to lead CRM and customer transformation initiatives across business, technology, and consulting teams. You will coordinate diverse stakeholders and drive measurable value for clients.

This role is not hands-on development; it focuses on project leadership, client management, and the ability to translate business needs into clear project objectives, ensuring projects deliver on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, IS, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant CRM, customer transformation, consulting, or project management experience.
• Proven experience leading CRM or customer-focused projects from initiation to delivery.
• Strong understanding of CRM concepts, journeys, and customer experience.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and complex client relationships.
• Experience supporting business development, proposals, pitches or account growth.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working across business and technology teams without hands-on technical work.
• GCC / Middle East market experience is an advantage.
• Arabic language skills preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of CRM and customer transformation projects on time and within scope.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, issues and stakeholder expectations.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements and customer needs into clear project objectives and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business consultants, technology specialists and client teams.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees and project governance meetings.
• Monitor project progress and provide clear reporting to senior leadership and clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, CRM processes and overall customer experience.
• Support business development and sales activities, including proposal development, client presentations, pitches and identifying opportunities within existing accounts.
• Contribute to account growth by developing strong relationships with clients and understanding their evolving business needs.
• Support the development of CRM and customer transformation propositions, approaches and case studies.
• Work collaboratively with regional and global teams to bring relevant expertise and solutions to clients.
