Qualifications

• Minimum 25 years of relevant experience, primarily with Tier 1 international contractors.
• At least 10 years of experience working in the GCC.
• Extensive experience on large-scale infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage delivery teams for various infrastructure components.
• Ensure alignment of all teams with program objectives.
• Maintain relationships with clients and report on program progress.

Skills

Leadership experience in infrastructure delivery

Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams

Strong communication skills in English

Experience in the GCC, especially Saudi Arabia

Education
