Kyndryl is seeking a Deal Maker/Engagement Partner in Riyadh to lead high-stakes sales and multi-tower deals. You will shape opportunities, determine pricing strategies, and drive end-to-end bid submissions in collaboration with internal teams and client executives.

The role requires 8 years of negotiation leadership, strong proposals experience, and current residency in Saudi Arabia or KSA market experience. A strategic, high-impact position in a dynamic, hybrid-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Saudi Arabia or have sales experience in the KSA market.
• 8 years of experience leading customer negotiations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead deals from qualification to closure for complex, multi-tower, multi-million deals.
• Define pricing and commercial strategies with pricing-expert input.
• Own end-to-end bid responses and contract negotiations with clients.
• Compile, refine and own final proposal documents with governance reporting.
