Job summary

ASMO in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Database Management Analyst to plan, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure across cloud, servers, networks, and storage. The role collaborates with stakeholders within Technology and other business units to help develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies aligned with ASMO's goals.

You will monitor performance, perform capacity planning, implement security controls, and participate in testing, deployment, and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Infrastructure deployment, capacity planning, and infrastructure security practices.
• Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure Administrator, or CCNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess current infrastructure, analyze requirements, and develop infrastructure strategies; collaborate with stakeholders on architectures, capacity planning, and scalability.
• Work with internal teams or vendors to ensure infrastructure components, including cloud, servers, networks, and storage, are properly installed, configured, and integrated.
• Use monitoring tools to track KPIs, identify bottlenecks or issues, and initiate actions to maintain optimal infrastructure performance; periodically report on performance.
• Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure successful IT infrastructure deployment.
• Analyze and diagnose infrastructure-related issues, coordinate with support teams or vendors, and implement corrective measures.
• Conduct capacity planning, monitor resource utilization, and recommend upgrades or enhancements to the IT Infrastructure Management Manager; implement resource allocation policies.
• Implement security controls, monitor infrastructure for vulnerabilities, and participate in security incident response; recommend training interventions.
