SnapReach Media in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee all aspects of inventory control and warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across receiving, storage and distribution.

You will develop policies, monitor levels, forecast demand with procurement, conduct regular audits, train staff, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management in logistics.
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles and best practices.
• Proficient in using inventory management software systems; excellent communication.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Canadian nationality preferred.

We are a logistics and supply chain company in Riyadh seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team As the Inventory Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory control and management ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our warehouse operations

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to ensure accurate tracking and management of inventory levels
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement team to forecast future demand and make informed purchasing decisions
• Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise
• Oversee receiving storage and distribution of goods ensuring timely processing of orders
• Maintain proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing shipments
• Train and supervise warehouse staff on proper inventory handling procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement within the warehouse operations

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in inventory management preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles and best practices
• Proficient in using inventory management software systemsExcellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
