The role focuses on data quality, master data, metadata management, and AI readiness while leading client engagements and supporting business development to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/DM or related field.
• CDMP certification is required; PMP, Informatica certifications preferred.
• 15–20 years of professional experience, incl. at least 6 years in data management and governance.
• Proven consulting experience with data maturity assessments, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management initiatives: data strategy, governance, quality, master data, and metadata management.
• Conduct data maturity assessments and gap analyses against NDMO, NDI, and PDPL.
• Develop data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and roadmaps.
• Enable AI readiness and translate business requirements into data/AI use cases (Informatica).
• Prepare technical and financial proposals; support pre-sales and RFP responses.
• Develop consulting methodologies; review deliverables and ensure quality.
• Lead and mentor consulting teams; provide technical guidance.
• Manage client relationships, project scope, risks, timelines, budgets.
• Prepare progress reports and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.

The role focuses on data strategy, governance, quality, and AI readiness, while leading client engagements, supporting business development, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data management initiatives, including data strategy, governance, data quality, master data, and metadata management.


• Conduct data maturity assessments and gap analyses against NDMO, NDI, and PDPL requirements.


• Develop data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and implementation roadmaps.


• Enable AI readiness and translate business requirements into data and AI use cases using tools such as Informatica.


• Prepare technical and financial proposals, support pre-sales activities, and contribute to RFP responses.


• Develop consulting methodologies, review deliverables, and ensure quality standards.


• Lead and mentor consulting teams, providing technical guidance and knowledge transfer.


• Manage client relationships, project scope, risks, timelines, and budgets.


• Prepare progress reports and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
