Job summary

Master Works, a Saudi technology company, seeks a Senior Consultant in Data Management and Governance to lead data strategy, governance, quality, and AI enablement for client engagements. The role emphasizes compliance with NDMO, NDI, and PDPL, along with business development and proposal support.

The candidate will guide data-driven transformations, mentor teams, and manage projects from scoping to delivery while ensuring high-quality outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Data Management or related field.
• CDMP required; PMP and Informatica certifications preferred.
• 15–20 years of professional experience with at least 6 years in data management and governance.
• Experience in consulting, data maturity assessments, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance with NDMO, NDI, and PDPL.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica and data/AI use cases.
• Experience in proposal development, pre-sales, project management, and team leadership.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management initiatives, including data strategy, governance, data quality, master data, and metadata management.
• Conduct data maturity assessments and gap analyses against NDMO, NDI, and PDPL requirements.
• Develop data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and implementation roadmaps.
• Enable AI readiness and translate business requirements into data and AI use cases using tools such as Informatica.
• Prepare technical and financial proposals, support pre-sales activities, and contribute to RFP responses.
• Develop consulting methodologies, review deliverables, and ensure quality standards.
• Lead and mentor consulting teams, providing technical guidance and knowledge transfer.
• Manage client relationships, project scope, risks, timelines, and budgets.
• Prepare progress reports and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
