Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned Data Centre Sales Specialist to pursue and land qualified leads identified by client management and other teams. You will identify opportunities within existing accounts, present Data Centre solutions, and collaborate with pre-sales architects to design the best client solution.

Strong stakeholder relationships and a track record of sales over-achievement are expected. The role involves engaged selling, developing new business channels, and maintaining up-to-date

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
• SPIN and/or Solution Selling certification preferred
• Vendor certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintains domain and industry expertise in Data Centre technology.
• Supports closure of Data Centre sales based on domain knowledge.
• Addresses technology challenges during the sales process.
• Keeps up-to-date product and service knowledge for client conversations.
• Remains aware of competitive landscape and pricing to penetrate new markets.
• Works with technology vendors to understand their solutions and integration with our offerings.
• Engages clients to uncover business goals and align solutions with their needs.
• Drives client workshops, presentations, and secures deals to meet quotas.
• Personalizes recommendations based on client business and technology context.
• Identifies new sales opportunities within accounts and drives to closure.
• Follows the sales strategy and territory plan to hit targets.
• Develops and maintains account plans and tracks proposals.
