Norconsult Telematics Limited in Damascus Governorate, Syria, seeks an experienced CSA Designer to independently review civil, structural, and architectural deliverables for data center facilities. You will verify designs are code-compliant, constructable, and aligned with the project brief from concept through IFC, coordinating with multiple disciplines.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
• 8–12 years of CSA design review experience for data centres or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong ability to interrogate structural calculations and verify design assumptions.

Responsabilidades

• Review CSA design submissions from concept to IFC and provide actionable review comments within agreed timelines.
• Evaluate structural packages including foundations, slabs, framing, steel and concrete structures, and seismic requirements.
• Assess architectural submissions: floor plans, elevations, sections, room data sheets, and raised floor layouts.
• Review civil design packages: site grading, drainage, external works, retaining structures, trench layouts.
• Verify designs accommodate MEP/ICT/ELV requirements and access routes.
• Check CSA coordination across disciplines and resolve interface gaps and inconsistencies.
• Review BIM models and coordination reports; verify LOD and clash detection are addressed prior to IFC.
• Maintain a live register of open/closed technical issues; track contractor responses.
• Attend design review meetings and BIM sessions as CSA rep; issue minutes and action trackers.
• Support construction by reviewing shop drawings, submittals, method statements, and ITPs.
