Job summary

SoftwareOne Deutschland GmbH in Riyadh is seeking a hands‑on Data & AI Intern to support client engagements, AI solution development, data analysis, and demonstrations.

You will work with Generative AI, AI agents, Power BI dashboards, Python, SQL, and Microsoft technologies, contributing to pre‑sales activities and internal innovation.

This internship offers exposure to global projects, mentorship, and opportunities to grow within a fast‑evolving technology landscape.

Qualifications

• Undergrad or recent graduate in CS/AI/DS with hands‑on project experience.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI Agent concepts.
• Understanding REST APIs, JSON, databases, and modern data platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and intelligent solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Build AI, RAG, and automation prototypes, including AI assistants, workflows, APIs and proofs‑of‑concepts.
• Create Power BI dashboards and perform data analysis using Excel, SQL, and Python to generate actionable insights.
• Support pre‑sales activities, including solution demonstrations, use‑case development, client presentations, and proposals.

We are looking for a hands‑on Data & AI Intern to support client engagements, pre‑sales activities, AI solution development, data analysis, demonstrations, and internal innovation initiatives. The role combines technical execution with business understanding and is ideal for someone interested in Generative AI, AI Agents, Data Analytics, Automation, and Microsoft technologies. You will help build and test AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI prototypes, contribute to the development of internal and client‑facing AI agents and accelerators, and create reusable solution assets that drive innovation and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure AI agents and intelligent solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies
• Build AI, RAG, and automation prototypes, including AI assistants, workflow automations, API integrations, and proof‑of‑concepts
• Create Power BI dashboards and perform data analysis using Excel, SQL, and Python to generate actionable insights
• Support pre‑sales activities, including solution demonstrations, use‑case development, client presentations, and contributions to proposals and RFP/RFI responses
• Prepare, test, and deliver technical demos and prototypes for client meetings, workshops, and business development initiatives
• Translate business requirements into practical Data & AI solutions and prototypes, supporting technical solutioning, architecture diagrams, and effort estimation
• Research, evaluate, and experiment with emerging AI technologies, models, and tools to drive innovation and identify new business opportunities

What we need to see from you

• Undergraduate or recent graduate in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, with hands‑on experience from projects, internships, hackathons, or GitHub
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, and Power BI
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI Agent concepts
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, databases, and modern data platforms
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, or the Power Platform is a plus
• Exposure to full‑stack development, including front‑end, back‑end, APIs, and web applications.
