• Develop and implement information security and governance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigations.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Deploy, configure, and manage security tools (firewalls, antivirus, IDS/IPS, SIEM).
• Implement secure configurations, encryption, and patch management processes.
• Manage user identities and access controls for secure authentication and authorization.
• Monitor systems, networks, and applications for threats and suspicious activity.
• Use monitoring tools to detect and analyze security events.
• Maintain security logs and conduct regular reviews for compliance.
• Respond to security alerts, incidents, and breaches promptly.
• Conduct investigations to determine source, scope, and impact of incidents.
• Document incidents and propose corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Perform regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests.
• Recommend improvements to enhance overall security posture.
