Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Security Monitoring & IncidentResponse

Monitornetworks and systems for security breaches or suspicious activity.

Investigateand respond to security incidents and alerts.

Conductforensic analysis and root cause investigations.

Performregular risk assessments and vulnerability scans.

Ensurecompliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., ISO 27001,NCA, GDPR).

Preparereports and documentation for audits and compliance reviews.

3. Security Architecture & Implementation

Assistin designing and implementing secure network and system architectures.

Configurefirewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.

Manageidentity and access controls (IAM), encryption, and endpoint protection.

Developand maintain security policies, procedures, and standards.

Conductsecurity awareness training for employees.

Promotea culture of cybersecurity across the organization.

Workwith IT and business units to integrate security into projects andoperations.

Reportsecurity metrics and incidents to management.

Stayupdated on the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’sdegree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.

3+years of experience in information security or related roles.

Strongknowledge of security frameworks, tools, and technologies.

Familiaritywith SIEM, firewalls, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management.

Certificationssuch as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
