Job summary

ASAL Technologies in the region is seeking a Cybersecurity Product Manager to shape secure, scalable solutions from market need to delivery. You will work with founders, security teams, and early customers across CISOs, security engineers, and SOC teams to turn challenges into a differentiated product.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in cybersecurity, product management, security engineering, security consulting, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong grasp of product strategy, customer discovery, roadmap development, MVP definition, prioritization, and lifecycle management.
• Solid understanding of security landscape, threat environment, security operations, CISOs buying motions, and relevant frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Enough technical fluency — security architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows — to earn credibility with security engineers.
• Ability to assess market opportunities and contribute to positioning, pricing, pilots, and partnerships.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder-management skills, with strong written and verbal English.
• Startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and owning outcomes in an early-stage environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategic direction by identifying high-value cybersecurity problems, target customers, and market opportunities.
• Lead customer discovery with CISOs, security engineers, and SOC teams, translating workflows, threats, and feedback into priorities.
• Track cybersecurity landscape, buyer needs, market trends, competitors, emerging tech, and threats.
• Own the product roadmap and MVP definition, converting business and customer needs into clear requirements.
• Partner with engineering and cybersecurity teams to deliver secure, scalable products through rapid prototyping and iterative development.
• Ensure the product fits with SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, identity, and cloud platforms, upholding high security and reliability.
• Shape go-to-market plans, including positioning, target segments, pricing, pilots, and partnerships.
• Define success metrics, monitor adoption, and identify opportunities for growth and new offerings.
