Job summary

Accenture Middle East is seeking a Security Delivery Associate Manager in Riyadh to lead cybersecurity engineering operations, mentor a team, and architect secure deployments. The role focuses on protecting data, reducing risk, and aligning with regulatory requirements.

You will drive security programs, collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, and present progress to stakeholders while advancing the organization’s security posture in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, engineering, and transformation.
• Proven expertise in securing networks, endpoints, IAM, and vulnerability management.
• Strong leadership with experience mentoring cybersecurity teams.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO, SAMA, NCA).
• Hands-on with security tools such as firewalls, EDR, SIEM, IAM platforms, and vulnerability management.
• Ability to present security reports to clients and provide strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily cybersecurity engineering operations across network, endpoint, IAM, and vulnerability domains.
• Manage and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals with technical oversight.
• Design and implement security measures to protect data and systems, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Drive cyber transformation initiatives to improve organizational security posture.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Lead incident response efforts and timely remediation of vulnerabilities and risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security in deployments.
• Present progress and status updates to clients aligned with security objectives.
• Ensure availability, integrity, and confidentiality of critical services and infrastructure.
• Stay updated on threats and technologies; recommend improvements.
• Lead or participate in audits, security reviews, and regulatory compliance efforts.
