Job summary

Accenture Middle East is seeking an experienced Security Delivery Associate Manager in Riyadh to lead cybersecurity engineering operations across network, endpoint, IAM, and vulnerability management.

You will mentor a team, design robust security controls, drive transformation initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with clients to deliver secure, compliant technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of cybersecurity operations/leadership experience.
• Proven expertise across network security, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and IAM.
• Strong leadership, mentoring skills, and experience guiding cybersecurity teams.
• Solid knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO, SAMA, NCA) and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cybersecurity engineering operations across multiple domains.
• Mentor and guide cybersecurity professionals, providing technical oversight.
• Design and implement security measures to protect data and systems.
• Drive cyber transformation initiatives and improve security posture.
• Develop and maintain security policies and regulatory compliance.
• Lead incident response and remediation efforts for vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security into operations.
• Present progress and status reports to clients aligned with security objectives.
• Ensure availability, integrity, and confidentiality of critical services.
• Stay updated on threats and technologies, proposing improvements.
• Participate in audits and security reviews as needed.
