Job summary

Salla, a Saudi ecommerce platform, is seeking a Head of Cyber Security to lead cybersecurity operations, governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across PayLink’s platforms and tech stack.

The role requires extensive experience in GRC, SOC, and incident response, with a focus on securing web/mobile/payment ecosystems and integrating security into the SDLC. Full-time on-site position based in Jeddah.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field; CISSP/CISM/CRISC or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity/GRC within SAMA-licensed financial institutions or FinTech.
• Experience with SOC, risk assessments, regulatory audits, and remediation plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies aligned with SAMA CSF.
• Lead risk assessments, audits, and remediation activities.
• Oversee SOC operations, threat monitoring, and incident response.
• Manage SIEM, EDR/XDR, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scans.
• Integrate security into SDLC across web/mobile/payment platforms.
• Prepare KPIs and risk reports for senior management.
