CodeNinja Inc. in Riyadh is hiring 2 hands-on CVM / Segmentation Specialists to support customer segmentation, profiling, and campaign targeting for a Retail Banking client.

This is a hands-on execution role — turning data into actionable commercial insights that drive campaign performance. You will build segmentation models, profile customers, translate outputs into audience lists, analyze campaigns, and develop BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Retail Banking / CVM analytics.
• Hands-on experience building segmentation models (RFM, behavioral, value-based, etc).
• Proven customer behavior analysis and profiling experience.
• Strong BI/reporting skills (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar).
• Ability to translate data into actionable commercial/campaign recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer segmentation models based on behavior, value, and lifecycle stage.
• Conduct customer profiling and behavioral analysis to identify targeting opportunities.
• Support campaign targeting by translating segmentation outputs into actionable audience lists.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer response, feeding insights back into segmentation logic.
• Develop and maintain BI/reporting dashboards to track CVM metrics and campaign KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing, BI, and product teams to convert data into commercial actions.
• Continuously refine segmentation frameworks based on performance data and business feedback.

About The Role

This is a hands‑on execution role — not a strategy‑only or purely advisory position — focused on turning customer data into actionable commercial insights that drive campaign performance.

• Support campaign targeting by translating segmentation outputs into actionable audience lists

Requirements

Must-Haves

• Strong background in Retail Banking / CVM analytics
• Hands‑on experience building segmentation models (RFM, behavioral, value‑based, etc.)
• Proven customer behavior analysis and profiling experience
• Strong BI/reporting skills (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar)
• Ability to translate data into actionable commercial/campaign recommendations

• Experience with campaign management platforms (SAS CI, Adobe Campaign, etc.)
• Exposure to predictive/propensity modeling
