• Assign tickets to relevant internal departments and follow up on open tickets.
• Handle voice messages and transfer calls to appropriate departments.
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns for follow-ups or surveys.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
• Meet or exceed assigned individual and team performance targets.
