Job summary

OrexOne is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Saudi Arabia to be the main point of contact for real estate development clients using our platform, ensuring they receive immediate operational value. You will onboard new client companies and their teams, build strong relationships with client teams, and understand their operational needs.

You will work with product and support to resolve issues and relay customer feedback internally.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role in a B2B software environment.
• Familiarity with real estate development or property management operations is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
