Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand needs, and provide helpful assistance throughout the sales process.
• Present product features, benefits, pricing, availability, promotions, and services clearly.
• Identify needs, recommend products, and complete transactions to close sales.
• Work toward store and team sales goals and KPIs.
• Build relationships, encourage repeat business, and follow up after sale.
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary products and services.
• Process purchases, payments, returns, exchanges, and receipts accurately.
• Maintain current product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
• Keep displays tidy, labeled, and aligned with promotions and branding.
