• Minimum 9 years of experience in real estate sales training or enablement.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Fluent in English; native Arabic is preferred for engagement with local brokers.

Responsibilities

• Design broker training strategy aligned with go-to-market roadmap across asset classes.
• Deliver instructor-led training, workshops, onboarding, and certification for broker partners.
• Collaborate with Programs, Digital Systems, and Learner Experience teams for blended learning.
• Track training effectiveness metrics and continuously improve program quality.
• Coach brokers and agency leaders to sustain brand credibility and market readiness.
