The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead the technology strategy and technical excellence for its Renewables Division. This senior role covers Solar PV, BESS, onshore and offshore wind, and hybrid plants with emphasis on grid integration and control technologies.

You will provide strategic leadership across the full EPC lifecycle from bidding to commissioning and support, building expert teams and guiding critical technology decisions at scale.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in renewables/EPC/power systems and grid integration.
• 7–10+ years in senior technical leadership roles.
• Deep experience with utility-scale IBR plants >1 GW.
• Strong knowledge of utility grid operations and international grid codes.
• Experience with power system studies, grid integration and weak-grid challenges.
• Direct or supervisory RTDS testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with IEEE, IEC and CIGRE standards/guidelines.
• Understanding of Modbus, IEC 104 and IEC 61850 protocols.
• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Power Electronics; M.Tech preferred; PhD advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead specialist teams across Power Systems, Grid Integration, Control & Operations, and more.
• Provide technical leadership on integration of inverter-based renewable plants into grids.
• Review and mitigate technical risks during bidding and project execution.
• Offer expertise on grid codes, power system studies and grid-event analysis.
• Oversee RTDS testing, SAT, commissioning and technical troubleshooting.
• Support evaluation and selection of WTGs, PV modules, BESS and control systems.
• Collaborate with utilities, developers, OEMs and internal leaders.
• Represent the organisation at international conferences and industry events.
