Job summary

Fisheye - Executive Search in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Service Engineer – Healthcare Technology to install, maintain and troubleshoot medical equipment across the region. You will work with healthcare providers, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure high uptime and customer satisfaction through preventive maintenance and timely support.

The role requires a Biomedical/Electrical/Electronics background, 2–5 years of related experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in Medical Equipment Service, Technical Support, Field Service Engineering, or Healthcare Technology.
• Strong knowledge of medical equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
• Good understanding of hospital environments and clinical equipment operations.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage field activities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Provide timely technical support and resolve customer issues.
• Conduct equipment testing, calibration, and performance checks.
• Support customer training and equipment operation guidance.
• Maintain accurate service reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure effective service delivery.
