Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Head of Data Science & Credit Risk in Saudi Arabia to lead ML-powered underwriting across multiple markets. You will own model development, deployment, monitoring, and governance, while guiding responsible lending and portfolio health.

You will build and mentor a high‑performing data science and risk team, drive policy and risk frameworks, work with executives, and enable rapid, data-driven expansion in new markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data science, ML, and consumer credit risk, preferably fintech.
• Proven leadership building risk models and policy frameworks.
• Strong SQL and cloud data platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ML model development and deployment for credit decisioning and risk segmentation.
• Own underwriting innovation and real-time decisioning across markets.
• Coach a growing team of data scientists and risk analysts.
