Sheraton Riyadh is seeking a Finance & Accounting professional for a full-time non-management role at our Riyadh location. You will handle guest billing, accounting postings, and reporting in line with Marriott policies.

Key responsibilities include preparing and reconciling invoices, managing group billing, and ensuring accuracy and compliance. The role requires collaboration with multiple departments and adherence to SOPs.

Responsabilités

• Follow up with guest regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues.
• Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements.
• Set up proper billing accounts (e.g. share-with, room/tax/incidentals, tax exempt, direct/special billing, group bookings).
• Record, classify, and summarize financial data using journals, ledgers, and computers.
• Ensure SOP/LSOP compliance and coordinate with departments to finalize group bills.
