What You\'ll Do

• Craft Compelling Content: Develop engaging video, motion graphics, photography, and graphic design that captures audiences across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
• Own Your Work: Be accountable for the effectiveness of your content, ensuring it aligns with marketing and business objectives.
• Collaborate & Deliver: Work closely with marketing and social media teams to bring ideas to life. You\'ll present concepts, manage feedback, and deliver high-quality final products.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Your creative vision will generate fresh content ideas for various platforms in line with the annual marketing plan and content strategy.

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showing versatility
• Creative & Strategic Thinker: excellent analytical skills and keen eye for detail, blending creativity with strategic planning
• Design Mastery: proficiency in graphic design fundamentals
• Understanding of our region: experience in the MENA region and understanding of the market
• Bonus Points: experience in animation software, basic understanding of finance/investing, and management experience
