Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Arabic Language, Communications, or a related field.
• At least two years of professional experience in marketing or creative content writing; e-commerce, beauty, or personal care experience is preferred.
• Excellent Arabic writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt to different styles and tones.
• Good command of English, particularly for research and understanding marketing terminology.
• A portfolio demonstrating a variety of creative and marketing content.
• Good understanding of the customer journey, digital marketing principles, and conversion-focused copywriting.
• Working knowledge of SEO practices, social media platforms, and the content requirements of each channel.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Write content for social media platforms, including posts, headlines, stories, and interactive formats.
• Create advertising copy for paid campaigns across TikTok, Snapchat, Google, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop campaign ideas and creative concepts aligned with ROXA’s identity and the interests of its target segments.
• Write scripts for short-form videos, product advertisements, influencer content, and user-generated content (UGC).
• Write and enhance product descriptions, landing pages, and e-commerce content, clearly communicating value and competitive advantages.
• Produce articles, guides, and content aligned with search engine optimization (SEO) practices.
• Write SMS messages, email campaigns, notifications, customer retention content, and retargeting communications.
• Turn technical product information into clear, accessible, and easy-to-understand content.
• Contribute to monthly content calendars, campaign plans, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with design, social media, advertising, e-commerce, and customer service teams to deliver integrated content.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency with the brand’s tone of voice.
• Monitor content trends and consumer behavior, proposing relevant and actionable opportunities.
• Analyze content performance and use engagement and conversion insights to improve messaging and copy.
• Use AI tools for research, ideation, and production efficiency while preserving originality, accuracy, and a human voice.
• Ensure product information and claims are accurate and that content complies with applicable advertising policies and regulations.
