Job summary

Marina Home Interiors seeks a dynamic Country Manager to lead our KSA operations, launch the brand, and set up the required infrastructure. You will drive showroom openings, partnerships, and market-entry strategies across high-traffic locations in Saudi Arabia.

The role requires a deep understanding of retail, regulatory environments, and strong leadership to build a scalable, profitable presence in the region. Fluent Arabic and English are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in retail, with significant experience in home fashion, home furnishing, or lifestyle retail.
• Proven track record of launching businesses and expanding operations in KSA.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi retail landscape and local regulatory environment.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluent Arabic and English language speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment of 100% foreign legal entity in KSA.
• Build the KSA business plan, including revenue projections, investment requirements, operating costs, profitability targets, and long-term growth roadmap.
• Agree on a clean measure of operational profitability, top-line expansion, COGS, OPEX and ROIC.
• Liaise with governmental, and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary licenses and permits.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive market development plan and go-to-market strategies tailored to the KSA market enabling Financial Efficiency.
• Secure prime locations for showroom openings, breakeven analysis and oversee agreements, fit-out, design and brand launch.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, competitive landscape, pricing, product preferences, and opportunities within the KSA home fashion/luxury retail market.
• Drive revenue growth and brand awareness through strategic partnerships, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement.
• Build and lead operations in KSA across functions, ensure high standards of service, operational efficiency, and inventory management.
• Monitor P&L performance and accountability, reporting and analytics, and manage budgets.
