Job summary

Haji Hussein Alireza & Co., Ltd. in Jeddah is seeking a retail parts counter assistant to help walk-in customers identify MAN genuine spare parts and ensure correct fitment using electronic catalogs and VIN lookups.

You will handle sales, invoicing, and payments while updating the system, and provide product advisory to upsell MAN parts and accessories.

Maintain an organized counter and displays, and monitor stock levels with the Stock Officer to prevent stockouts.

Responsibilities

• Attend walk-in customers at the parts counter; identify MAN genuine spare parts using electronic catalogs and VIN lookups for accurate fitment.
• Process over-the-counter sales including invoicing, payment collection, and system updates.
• Provide product advisory on MAN parts benefits, alternatives, and accessory recommendations to upsell.
• Monitor stock levels at the retail counter and coordinate replenishments to prevent stockouts.
• Keep the parts counter and displays organized and aligned with MAN brand standards.

Job description

• Process over-the-counter parts sales transactions including invoicing, payment collection, and system update
  efficiently using the parts management and point-of-sale systems.
• Provide product advisory to retail customers on MAN genuine parts benefits, alternative part options, mainten and
  accessory recommendations to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor retail counter stock levels for fast-moving items, coordinating replenishment requests with the Stock C
  Officer to prevent stockouts on high-demand retail parts.
• Maintain an organized and professionally presented parts counter and retail display area, ensuring pricing lab
  materials, and product displays are current and aligned with MAN brand standards.
